We are now officially in the money, thanks to Anthony Yeh. He eliminated Steve Hoshi of San Jose, California, as the two short stacks tangled for almost all of their chips. We spoke to Yeh about the hand, and the video should be up shortly.

Everyone is now guaranteed $800. Blinds are 1,200/2,400/400 and the average stack is just under 76,000.

Players just condensed down to four tables, so with 36 players left we are just nine spots from the money. The blinds are 1,000/2,000/300, and the average stack is 56,944.

Getty Mattingsley appears to be our chip leader at the moment with about 170,000. Players who cash will be guaranteed $800.

We have nearly cut the Day 1A field in half as 105 of the 205 who started play today are still in contention. The blinds are now 250/500/50 and the average stack is 19,524.

Technical Difficulty Revealed

We apologize for the lack of updates for Day 1A of the Detox $550 Main Event. We have had technical difficulties, but we have just discovered what the problem was (see picture). Timtern is now rested we will keep us up to date on any late-breaking action. Stay tuned!

$200,000 Guaranteed Main Event Day 1A Final Numbers.

There were 205 players who signed up for Day 1A. 27 places will be paid, with the final nine coming back on Sunday. Those finishing from 27th through 19th will receive $800, while those finishing from 18th through 10th will collect $1,200.

There are 165 players left, and they are playing at 100/200/25.
